One of my favorite things is helping my clients transform their home with staging. It’s amazing to see how decluttering and adding the right elements can create a space where potential buyers can envision themselves in the home as they walk through. The more someone can envision themselves in a home, the easier it is for them to say, “YES” and submit an offer! In addition to staging and professional photos, I also hire a videographer to produce a creative listing video for social media to maximize your home’s visibility. When I’m not practicing real estate, you’ll find me on the pickleball courts (playing very mediocrely I might add), hosting reality TV show nights with my neighborhood friends, trying out a new restaurant with my husband or cheering on my two boys at the baseball fields.
